Rashauna Arnold

Certified Professional Resume Writer and Certified Professional Career Coach

MA, CPRW, CPCC

Rashauna C. Arnold, MA, CPRW, CPCC is the founder of Career Reinvent, LLC, a professional development agency that strengthens the skills of vocational rehabilitation (VR) professionals. With over a decade of experience in marketing, writing, and career coaching, she combines communication expertise with workforce development insight to equip VR staff with the strategies and confidence needed to help clients with disabilities secure meaningful employment.

Rashauna began her career as a marketing specialist at a Fortune 500 company before moving into professional résumé writing. She has created more than 5,000 résumés and earned awards for her interview-ready documents from Monster.com. While writing resumes for clients with disabilities at a vocational rehabilitation agency, she noticed a recurring gap: staff needed updated strategies, practical tools, and clearer guidance to help clients navigate the employment process successfully.

Her commitment is personal. After assisting disabled relatives with job searches, she witnessed both their resilience and barriers. Motivated by these experiences, she launched Career Reinvent to provide hands-on training that honors the lived realities of disabled job seekers while empowering the professionals who serve them.

Today, Rashauna partners with government agencies to deliver high-impact professional development aligned with WIOA goals. Her workshops are interactive, accessible, and rooted in real VR case scenarios. She trains staff in résumé writing, networking, and job-readiness strategies that reduce burnout, improve service delivery, and increase client placement outcomes.
Rashauna has presented at the University of Connecticut, Publicity Club of Chicago, Columbia College Chicago, and CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She partnered with the Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide résumé services for youth and adults with disabilities.

Beyond Career Reinvent, she serves on the Board of A Bit Different, a Chicago nonprofit introducing youth of color to STEM careers. She holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Wayne State University and certifications as a Professional Résumé Writer and Professional Career Coach from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches.
