Do you have samples of your work?

Yes! We want to make sure you are satisfied with you work,. We can show a sample of our work during our clarify call. We also have a few samples on our What We Offer page.

Do I pay before I begin?
A.
Yes. Payment is due after our free consultation and before the start of services.
Q.
Do you offer payment plans?
A.
Yes! We offer a variety of payment plans to discuss during our call. Please note that services do not begin until payment is received in full.

How long is the process?
A.
Your career documents (cover letter, resume, and LinkedIn) will be completed 7-10 business days after all supporting documents are received. Your 3 weekly coaching sessions will start after final career documents are completed (for platinium packages).
Q.
I can’t wait 10 business days. Can I receive my resume documents before then?
A.
Yes. We provide rush services within 5 business days for an additional $249.
Q.
Can I contact you if I have any questions after services end?
A.
Yes. Premium packages include 30-day email support. Platinum packages include 60-day email support. We will not be able to provide and edits during this time, but are more than happy to general questions about your job search.

I do not want to fill out a questionnaire. Can we just schedule a call?
A.
To ensure we have all vital information accurately documented, we ask that clients take time to fill out our questionnaire and provide additional documents needed. Phone communication, up to 30 minutes, is provided for additional questions during the process.

Can I just pay for a resume only?
A.
Our group is full-service, meaning we provide all documents, tools and resources needed to land an interview for your idea job in today's workforce.

Do you work with men and others who aren't trailing spouses?
A.
Yes! While our business focus is women who are trailing spouses, we welcome anyone else who we feel we can provide services too. We deliver the same quality service to all clients.
